A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESCP, Valérie Honnard chooses to become an artist. Her career develops between China, where she lives for nine years in Hong Kong and Beijing, and Italy, where she stays for twelve years. In China, she learns traditional techniques of ink on paper and silk, working notably on breath and gesture. In Italy, passionate about the Renaissance, she deepens her knowledge of ancient painting techniques and engraving. Through painting, engraving and
